I’ve spent years in the fitness and performance space, and I’m passionate about helping athletes and active individuals fuel smarter without overthinking every bite. You already have what it takes to compete — my job is to help you fuel the fire so you can show up stronger, more energized, and ready to perform at your best. I believe nutrition should be science-based, flexible, and realistic, without extremes or unnecessary rules.
